No refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the products!

TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow 3-7 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments are usually processed during the weekday (Monday-Thursday). If you happen to place an order on Friday, processing will take place the next business day, which is Monday.
Pick up orders have a faster arrival so keep that in mind, when determining if you'll like to pick up or have you order shipped!

Shipping time occurs after the processing period.

Once your order has been processed, your package should arrive in 2-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages!
All packages come with a tracking number.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
Expect delays during sale periods and holidays!!

SIDENOTE: If an item is not on hand your order WILL be processed between the 3-7 business day time frame, in addition to the shipping time (2-4 business days), equaling up to 5-9 business days to receive your order!

PICK UP AND DELIVERY

For pick up orders use code: PICKUP when checking out.
Once the order has been placed a text with a location and time will be sent to the number used when checking out.

Delivery

Orders that need to be delivered will be charged a $10 fee
Delivery schedule approximately starts around 4:00PM!
PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDER IN BY 5PM, NO LATER THAN 5:30 PM
If an order is placed after 5:30 PM it will be delivered the next business day!
LEAVE THE ADDRESS WHERE THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TOO.

ALLOW 1-2 HOURS FOR LOCAL ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED
